Dr. Yoshiyuki Kobayashi is a prominent figure in the fields of Production Development and Workplace Improvements and is the President of PPORF (Practical Program of Revolution in Factories) Development Institute Inc. Dr. Kobayashi holds a PHD degree in Engineering and holds experience of over 30 years. Following the steps of his late father, Iwao Kobayashi, the author and creator of 20 keys, Dr. Yoshiyuki Kobayashi made significant contributions and provided consultations to recognized companies in Japan, US, Germany, South Africa and Mexico in various industrial and manufacturing fields including electric and food fields among others.
Mr. Johan Benadi has worked for over 35 years on productivity improvement and world class manufacturing projects in the USA, Germany, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Eastern Europe, the Baltics, Australia, New Zealand as well as various African countries. He led several best practice study tours in Japan, Germany, England, Croatia and Russia. Mr. Benadi was instrumental in developing a continuous operation improvement system for world-wide implementation in Cadbury, Schweppes, a system for De Beers Consolidated Mining, as well as systems for coal mining (in Botswana), phosphate mining and for SMEs (small and medium enterprises in South Africa) as commissioned by the Department of Trade and Industry.
Before joining ODI in 1996, Johan held consultant and managerial positions in information systems management and business consulting. He was the Managing Director of ODI, a company specialising in providing holistic, sustainable solutions for continuous business improvement through implementation of the 20 Keys™ and first-line management development programmes from January 2002 until September 2016. His current position is as a Director.
Mr. Mohamed Abdellatif holds a Bachelor degree in chemistry and Masters in Quality Management and Six Sigma. He assumed a number of roles in Quality Assurance in reputable FMCG companies such as Nestle, Vitrac, Bel Egypt, Mars and then went back to Bel Egypt to lead the Boost project management in Cairo and the North Middle East Region as Internal Consultant of Continuous Improvement and Industrial Development.
Mr. Hamdy Nasser holds a production engineering degree and Masters in Business Administration and is a certified Supply Chain, Six Sigma Green and Black Belt professional. Mr. Hamdy has over 15 years of experience in supply chain in a number of worldwide FMCG companies such as Unilever, Mars and PepsiCo. He assumed a number of roles in Egypt, North Africa and the Middle East region with responsibilities involving production planning and launching a number of successful lean supply chain projects in Egypt as well as launching the “Pull Production System – KANBAN.” His latest role is Senior Productivity Manager for the MENA region with a $1B revenue, 4 market units and 2 business lines for beverages and snacks. During the Conference, Mr. Hamdy will explain the effective implementation Lean Six Sigma tools in supply chain for great results and outcomes.
Eng. Shereen Mosallam graduated as a mechanical engineer from Faculty of Engineering in Ain Shams University and holds Masters in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo. Unlike many of her female colleagues, eng. Shereen started her career in the automotive sector in General Motors, which she considers an eye opening experience that made her focus on the gap between academic life and real business needs. This developed her passion towards becoming an Operational Excellence Advocate.
She has assumed many roles and has become a partner and managing director of Symbios Consulting as director of Supply Chain Council for the Middle East and North Africa. She is also a member of the OPEX Global Society advisory board in addition to her role as Lean 6 Sigma Master Black Belt.

Mr. Toshko Petkov has significant experience in business consulting, strategy formulation, lean transformation, process and organizational structure optimization etc. Mr. Toshko has completed over 200 consulting projects for more than 80 clients.
Toshko holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Diploma and certification in implementing Lean by PRORF Development.
He assumed many roles in Bulgaria as Director of Global Business Services at IBM, Management Consulting Manager at Deloitte, Operations Manager as well as Material Management of production plants in an international manufacturing company in Mexico.
Mr. Sherif Soliman holds a bachelor in Design and Production Engineering, Masters in Business Administration as well as a Project Management Diploma. He is a certified Lean KATA Coach, Lean Shop Floor Management Coach as well as a Ford Supplier Technical Assistance Engineer. Between Leoni Wiring Systems and Sumitomo Wiring Systems, Mr. Sherif has held positions as a Continuous Improvement Manager, a Factory Manager, Operations Manager and Production Manager.

Mr. Roland Röhrs graduated from University of Pretoria with both a degree in Engineering and an MBA. starting his career as a consultant with Louis Heyl Associates in 1974, Mr Roland then went to become a founder partner in South Africa’s first industrial engineering consulting firm, Röhrs & Buys inc. which was renamed to Xcel. He conducted and lead over 100 industrial engineering and management consulting studies in both the private and the public sector. Mr. Roland was the Managing Director of Wispeco Holdings Limited where he made prominent contributions including the initiation of the ABET (Adult Basic Education and Training) Program, leading the Millennium Engineer Program, creating the SpazAL project. Mr. Roland was the CEO of Dorbyl Limited and the Managing Director of Organisational Development International (ODI) and remains the non-executive chairman until now.

The CCHE is the largest children’s cancer hospital in the world and was built and is sustained entirely by donations. All children are treated free of charge regardless of ability to pay. Opened on July 7, 2007.
